Orders placed before 2pm local time, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same business day where possible. Tracking is emailed when the label is created. International orders may attract duties or VAT set by the destination country. If tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, contact support@homeplusgadget.com and we will open a carrier trace.
